Meet The Owners
Michael Bernstein
Aside from more than 50 years experience in general contracting, building, and roofing, Michael Bernstein's knowledge was based on the foundations that his father had laid down for him in this industry. Holding two state certifications, Michael has been a past president of the Remodeling Council of Tampa, and also helped write the State Energy Code of Florida, various building codes, as well as Arbitration and City of Tampa Flood Codes. He was also asked to help write and review the Florida State Contractors Exam.
Shaun Bernstein
A third-generation contractor, Shaun Bernstein upheld the family tradition when he started working in the business in 1996, obtaining his Florida Builders License in 2001. Taught by the best, and absorbing all the education and experience he could, Shaun has a remarkable ability to sell quality services with confidence and a genuine desire to meet each client's needs.
